On June 16th I had the outstanding opportunity to screen my film Displaced to the doctoral candidates for the Ph.D. Research Program in Labor, Development and Innovation at the Fondazione Marco Biagi in Modena, thanks to the generous invitation of Professor Nicola Maria Dusi and Professor Chiara Strozzi.
The program is one of the pillars of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia doctoral school E4E (Engineering for Economics – Economics for Engineering) in collaboration with the Enzo Ferrari Doctoral Research Program in Industrial and Territorial Engineering, the Doctoral Research Program in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the Doctoral Research Program in Industrial Innovation Engineering of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
The research program provides a conceptual and methodological framework for interpreting the transformation of the technological and productive scenario and the social consequences, adopting the perspectives of law, economics, and organization theory.
Displaced was screened in the context of the Labor Narratives seminar that examines themes of migration, globalization, and more. Thank you all for the warm reception.
